The decision

Team summary

What is the difference between Zoho and HubSpot?

Zoho One Standard brings customer-facing and operational applications into one licensed bundle. HubSpot combines Smart CRM with Marketing, Sales, Service, Content, Data and Revenue hubs, offered individually and in Customer Platform bundles. Buying either vendor’s platform does not automatically license its whole portfolio.

Evaluate Zoho One when consolidating business applications is central to the project. Evaluate HubSpot when the first rollout centers on connected customer acquisition, selling and service. Prove the same workflow in both before choosing.

Does your project start with broad business operations?

Zoho One is the broader starting point when the rollout needs CRM, customer support, accounting, HR and collaboration together. Standard includes apps such as CRM, Desk, Books, People, Mail and WorkDrive; each has its own included limits. Its all-employee model licenses the whole payroll, while flexible pricing licenses selected users.

Does your project start with customer-facing handoffs?

HubSpot is the more focused starting point when marketing, sellers and service agents need to work from connected customer records. Its Customer Platform combines Smart CRM with hub editions; teams can also buy individual hubs. The required contacts, specialized seats and automation rights determine the package.

Could keeping both help?

Yes. A team can retain Zoho Books for accounting while using HubSpot for customer-facing work. HubSpot documents Zoho data-sync connections, but the objects, direction, mappings and ownership still need configuration.

Decision factors

What should you decide before comparing prices?

Write down users, countries, marketing contacts, channels, records, approvals, AI tasks and rollout stages. Ask for matching proposals covering those requirements, including retained tools and implementation.

Reviewer ratings

Category evidence

Which G2 categories compare the same job?

The shared jobs here map to CRM, Marketing Automation, Sales Engagement, Help Desk, Billing, Website Builder and Data Preparation. Each table uses one Fall 2026 Overall Global Grid. CRM compares Zoho CRM with HubSpot Sales Hub; Billing compares Zoho Invoice with Revenue Hub. Those listings do not rate every app in either platform.

Reviewer ratings

What do the shared-category ratings tell you?

HubSpot is higher on both displayed measures for CRM, marketing and website building. Zoho Desk has the higher requirements rating for service; the sales requirements ratings and both data measures are tied. These differences guide workload tests, rather than establishing a platform-wide winner.

Job Ease of use · Zoho / HubSpot Meets requirements · Zoho / HubSpot What to test
CRM 85% / 89% 86% / 88% HubSpot Sales Hub has higher ease-of-use and requirements ratings for this CRM category. Test your actual records, permissions and pipeline in both; this does not rate every Smart CRM or Zoho One subscription.
Marketing 83% / 88% 84% / 87% Marketing Hub is rated higher on both measures. Use the pilot to verify whether your team can build the same consent-aware journey and attribution report in the purchased editions.
Sales 89% / 90% 89% / 89% Ease of use differs by one point and requirements ratings are equal. Let sequence setup, activity capture and seller handoffs decide the shortlist rather than calling a score winner.
Customer service 87% / 88% 89% / 87% Service Hub is one point higher on ease of use; Zoho Desk is two points higher on requirements. Test the channels, routing and escalation rules your support team needs.
Revenue / finance 93% / 93% 94% / 93% Ease of use is equal and Invoice is one point higher on requirements. The more consequential question is scope: invoicing and collections do not replace an accounting ledger.
Content 86% / 88% 84% / 90% Content Hub is rated higher on both measures. Check whether its publishing, forms and CRM context justify the purchase compared with the website you need from Sites.
Data 90% / 90% 90% / 90% Both listings have equal ratings on these two measures. Compare source connections, transformations and refresh ownership; these ratings do not establish equal integration or BI scope.

Products and bundles

Core apps and services

Which core apps and services will your team use?

Both cover CRM, marketing, sales, customer service, billing, websites and data workflows. Zoho One also groups operational tools such as accounting, HR and workplace collaboration. HubSpot centers on customer acquisition, selling and service; its Revenue Hub does not replace a full accounting ledger. The tables separate overlapping jobs from additional portfolio scope.

Work Zoho HubSpot What to compare
CRM Zoho CRM Smart CRM Records, permissions, pipelines and data model; Sales Hub is a separate category listing, not a rating for every CRM subscription.
Marketing Marketing Automation; Campaigns; Social Marketing Hub Contacts, journeys, email and social publishing; app and edition limits apply.
Sales CRM; Bookings; SalesIQ Sales Hub Seller execution and handoffs; identify which users need specialized Sales Seats.
Customer service Zoho Desk Service Hub Ticketing, channels, service permissions, escalation and reporting.
Revenue / finance Books; Billing; Invoice Revenue Hub Accounting, subscriptions and invoicing are distinct. Quoting, billing and payment collection do not establish full accounting equivalence.
Content Sites; LandingPage Content Hub Website creation, content models, publishing, SEO and CRM context.
Data DataPrep; Flow; Analytics Data Hub Data preparation, integration and BI are separate jobs; keep product and review scopes distinct.

Standalone alternatives

When could an outside tool justify another purchase?

Consider a separate product when a required workflow exceeds the capabilities of the plan you would buy. Weigh the added functionality against another license, setup, data ownership and connection work.

Which CRM should own the customer record?

HubSpot Sales Hub has the higher CRM G2 Score, 96 versus 81 for Zoho CRM. It also has higher ease-of-use and requirements ratings in this report. Zoho CRM remains a relevant option when the same customer record must connect to the operational apps your team will deploy.

Keep Zoho CRM or the purchased HubSpot CRM/sales scope when the pilot covers your objects, access rules and sales handoffs.

When should you consider Agentforce Sales?

Evaluate Salesforce Sales Cloud, listed as Agentforce Sales in this report, when its account, pipeline or platform capabilities address a demonstrated gap.

Trade-off: Choose one operational CRM owner. Running two primary CRMs adds field mapping, conflict handling and administrator responsibility.

Bundles and entitlements

Which products actually come together in a bundle?

Zoho One Standard bundles 50+ business apps under one licensing model. HubSpot Customer Platform bundles editions of its customer-facing hubs around Smart CRM. Neither purchase automatically includes every product or every standalone feature the vendor sells.

What does Zoho One Standard include?

Standard includes CRM for sales, Marketing Automation and Campaigns for marketing, Desk for support, Books, Billing and Invoice for finance, Sites for websites, and DataPrep, Flow and Analytics for data work. It also includes workplace and people apps such as Mail, WorkDrive and People. The One entitlement schedule defines included features and usage limits; it is not a promise of every app’s highest standalone edition.

What does HubSpot Customer Platform include?

The Customer Platform combines Smart CRM with Marketing, Sales, Service, Content, Data and Revenue Hub editions. Professional includes six seats and 5,000 monthly HubSpot Credits; Enterprise includes eight seats and 10,000 credits. Seat type, hub access and capacity differ from a simple license for every employee, so the order must specify the rights each person needs.

Sales and revenue bundles

How should you shortlist the sales and revenue bundles?

Start with the selling and finance work you need. Zoho CRM and HubSpot Smart CRM or Sales Hub cover customer records and selling; Zoho Books and Billing add accounting and subscription workflows. HubSpot Revenue Hub covers quoting, billing and payments, with an accounting connection needed when a separate ledger remains.

Do you need only CRM and selling?

A standalone CRM purchase can be enough. Zoho CRM manages records, opportunities and sales activities; HubSpot Smart CRM provides the shared record foundation, with Sales Hub adding seller tools. Buy the broader bundle only when the other apps or hubs are also part of the rollout.

Do you need accounting as well as collections?

Zoho’s finance apps cover a wider operational job: Books provides accounting, Billing handles subscriptions, and Invoice handles invoicing. Revenue Hub focuses on quotes, billing and payment collection. A HubSpot team still needs an accounting system when it requires a general ledger, tax accounting or reconciliation beyond that scope.

AI and data

Which data and integration layer will your agents need?

Zoho separates preparation, integration and BI across DataPrep, Flow and Analytics. HubSpot Data Hub manages customer-platform data and integrations, while Agent Hub builds and manages agents. Choose the layer around the sources, transformations and permitted actions the workflow requires.

What does the Zoho path involve?

DataPrep cleans and transforms data, Flow connects applications and automates handoffs, and Analytics provides BI and cross-app reporting. These are separate apps within the wider platform, with different functions and usage limits.

What does the HubSpot path involve?

Data Hub provides data quality, synchronization and integration capabilities around the CRM. Agent Hub is the home for building and managing agents across that platform. It does not add an accounting ledger or replace every external data pipeline.

Use one test record: capture it, update it through a permitted integration, handle a failed update, and reconcile the result. Measure setup and ongoing ownership.

AI capabilities

Zia vs HubSpot Breeze: which AI fits your workflow?

Zia fits evaluations built around the Zoho apps your team will use; HubSpot’s Breeze and Agent Hub fit work built around its customer records and hubs. Neither is an automatic winner. Compare the same task, source access, human handoff and chargeable usage in the edition you would buy.

Question Zoho HubSpot
What is included? Zia varies by app and data center. The One schedule includes app-specific agent and token limits. Breeze assistance and agent access depend on the subscription; some actions consume credits.
What costs extra? Check token/model, messaging, telephony and app-specific add-ons. Voice has its own paid subscription. Credit overages, paid seat rights and other service charges can apply; allowances do not add across hubs.
What should the pilot prove? Test the exact permitted action and exception path in the country/data center you will use. Test action completion, human escalation, credit consumption and a configured spending limit.

External-stack integrations

Which Zoho and HubSpot integrations fit your stack?

These five connections combine named references in the annual review evidence with first-party documentation checked November 3, 2026. Their documented actions apply to the named apps, not every product in either portfolio.

Slack

Which CRM updates belong in Slack?

Named Slack references in the annual evidence make notifications and collaboration relevant evaluation tasks.

Zoho CRM

The Slack extension enables record-related actions after an administrator connects the workspace. Zoho CRM Slack documentation

HubSpot

The Slack connection brings HubSpot information and supported actions into Slack. HubSpot Slack documentation

Check before rollout: Agree on notification volume, permitted record data, workspace ownership and duplicate-task handling.

Google Calendar

Which Google Calendar activity should reach the CRM?

Google connections appear in the annual review evidence. Test actual meeting ownership and record association.

Zoho CRM

Google calendar synchronization connects calendar entries with CRM under its documented sync settings. Zoho CRM Google Calendar documentation

HubSpot

HubSpot supports connecting a Google calendar for meeting scheduling and calendar sync. HubSpot calendar setup

Check before rollout: Check selected calendars, event visibility, time zones and contact association. Do not assume every Google Workspace app is connected.

Microsoft 365

Which Microsoft calendar and contact data should connect?

Microsoft and Outlook references in annual reviews support checking daily email and scheduling handoffs.

Zoho CRM

The Office 365 integration documents user import, calendar synchronization and contact synchronization. Zoho CRM Microsoft 365 documentation

HubSpot

The Outlook calendar connection supports the documented meeting and timeline behavior. HubSpot calendar synchronization

Check before rollout: Separate mailbox access from calendar sync; verify tenant policies, shared-calendar behavior and removal of a departed user.

Zoom

How should Zoom meetings support sales and marketing?

Annual reviews name Zoom among connected tools. A seller meeting and a marketing webinar need different tests.

Zoho CRM

The Zoom extension lets authorized users create Zoom meetings from Zoho CRM. Zoho CRM Zoom documentation

HubSpot

The Zoom integration supports webinar registration and attendance information plus documented contact-timeline activity. HubSpot Zoom documentation

Check before rollout: Confirm Zoom licensing, installer permissions, attendance matching, consent and which meeting or webinar data is retained.

QuickBooks Online

What should QuickBooks Online own after the sale?

Accounting connections appear in the annual evidence. Keep ledger ownership explicit when CRM activity reaches finance.

Zoho CRM

The QuickBooks integration connects specified CRM and accounting records; use its object and mapping rules. Zoho CRM QuickBooks documentation

HubSpot

The QuickBooks Online integration supports configured data synchronization. Payment processing fees do not automatically become accounting expenses. HubSpot QuickBooks documentation

Check before rollout: Confirm country and edition support, sync direction, tax and product mappings, refunds, processing fees and reconciliation ownership.

Yes. HubSpot documents data-sync connections for Zoho CRM, Books, Invoice, Inventory and Recruit. Validate each selected object, direction, field mapping and permission.

What does ongoing coexistence need?

Define which system owns each field, matching rule and conflict. Zoho CRM objects need the Modified By field for the documented connection.

What does a one-time move need?

Use the supported migration path and verify its object coverage separately. An ongoing connector does not establish that custom objects, attachments and workflows migrate automatically.

Design the handoff: Map identities and associations, test failed updates, revoke permissions in a pilot, and reconcile records before changing the operational owner.

Buying priorities

Buyer priorities

What should each stakeholder validate?

Marketing should validate the campaign report, sales should test daily follow-up, service should prove routing and escalation, and finance and IT should reconcile costs and shared records. The role findings below use the named products’ recorded G2 User and Administrator groups to focus those tests.

Can one campaign reach the right customer?

Both platforms can connect lead capture, customer records and marketing workflows. The harder buying question is whether your purchased edition preserves consent, attribution and the reporting fields your team needs from the first page visit through the sales handoff.

In HubSpot Marketing Hub, reporting/data concerns appeared in 47 of 291 User reviews (16.2%) and 36 of 215 Administrator reviews (16.7%). Can both roles reproduce the campaign report and trace its source fields?

Evaluation checklist

What should your buying team check first?

Select your requirements to build a checklist with an owner for each item. It organizes the evaluation for IT, finance and operations; it does not score either vendor.

What belongs in your evaluation checklist?

Select the requirements that matter to your team

Each selection adds a specific check and an owner. Bring the result to your evaluation meeting.

Workflow in practice

How does a lead become a paying customer?

Use the same lead-to-payment scenario in both pilots. Each handoff needs configuration, a responsible owner and an exception path.

Plans and costs

How should you compare the cost of the two platforms?

Zoho One Standard scales by licensed employees or selected users; HubSpot Customer Platform starts with a bundle and included seats, then adds the rights and capacity your team needs. The published USD annual-billing references below were checked November 2, 2026. Use them for an approximate first-year budget and confirm the applicable offer and renewal terms.

Individual HubSpot Professional hubs Annual-payment starting rates: Marketing $800/month; Sales $90/seat/month; Service $90/seat/month; Revenue $85/seat/month; Content $450/month; Data $720/month These are standalone starting rates, not the price of a platform bundle. Smart CRM rights can be included.

AI costs

How do AI charges change the comparison?

AI can add usage charges beyond the subscription. Zoho allowances depend on the app and entitlement; HubSpot uses credits for named features and agents, with 5,000 included monthly in Customer Platform Professional and 10,000 in Enterprise. Compare the charge for the same completed task, rather than treating credits, tokens and conversations as equivalent units.

Purchase basis Zoho HubSpot
Included allowances App-specific Zia and agent limits; confirm the applicable One entitlement. Data Hub or Customer Platform Professional includes 5,000 monthly credits; Enterprise 10,000. Other named hubs generally include 3,000/5,000. Do not add allowances together.
Additional consumption Quote the relevant app, token/model, messaging or telephony charges. The standard seat model lists $0.010 per extra credit; the applicable action rate and separate service charges also matter. Flexible seats-and-credits terms differ.
Budget control Verify the action’s rights, data center and allowance. Unused credits expire monthly. Confirm spending limits and the overage/automatic-upgrade setting before enabling volume.

Model the same completed task. A token, credit, action and conversation are different units; do not compare their prices as though they were equivalent.

What would your selected scope cost?

Use the published annual-billing USD references to estimate subscription costs, then add your own annual extras and one-time rollout costs. The starting example uses 10 Zoho employees and HubSpot’s six-seat Professional base; these are different licensing scopes, not equivalent packages.

Monthly subscription: $1,300.00 · Annual recurring: $15,600.00 · First year: $15,600.00

The starting scenarios have different licensing scope. Confirm equivalent users, features and usage before interpreting a price difference.

Approximate pricing, checked November 2, 2026. This estimates the first year using published USD annual-billing references, not a binding quote. Zoho’s displayed $37 offer is labeled first year only. HubSpot prices are starting rates, with six Professional or eight Enterprise seats; additional Core Seats start at $45 or $75/month respectively. Seat types, marketing contacts, AI/payment usage, onboarding, regional offers and renewal terms can change your cost. Taxes are excluded. Add only extras not already included in the subscription.

Switching and coexistence

What should you migrate, and what should you keep connected?

What can move from Zoho CRM to HubSpot?

Smart Transfer supports a one-time, one-way move of documented CRM objects. Only Super Admins can access it; custom mappings require Data Hub. Custom objects are unsupported. Attachments, notes and deal line items have a separate post-sync transfer path.

What if you retain Zoho apps or move the other way?

Use the documented data-sync connection for ongoing coexistence. Zoho also documents an API-based HubSpot-to-CRM migration. Neither path establishes automatic migration of every app, workflow, website or report.

Inventory the data and dependencies, move a representative subset, reconcile IDs and associations, rebuild unsupported automations, train owners, and agree on rollback before cutover.

Which offerings sit outside this purchase?

Zoho’s wider portfolio extends beyond the particular One edition and included app limits. HubSpot’s individual hubs, editions, specialized seats and optional services also have separate rights. Use the purchased entitlement schedule rather than treating a vendor portfolio as one unlimited subscription.

Frequently asked questions about Zoho vs HubSpot

Zoho vs HubSpot: which is better?

For a HubSpot vs Zoho decision, shortlist Zoho One when consolidating customer-facing and operational apps is central. Shortlist HubSpot when the priority is connected marketing, sales and service. Compare the named apps, editions, seat rights and usage your team needs; a category score or app count cannot choose a platform for every buyer.

What does Zoho One include compared with HubSpot?

Zoho One Standard groups customer-facing apps with finance, people, collaboration and other business tools. HubSpot organizes its customer platform around Smart CRM and specialized hubs. Zoho One apps have their own included features and limits, while HubSpot access depends on the hubs and editions purchased. Use the coverage map and written entitlements to define the actual scope. How does Zoho One pricing compare with HubSpot?

The checked USD annual-billing references are $37 per employee/month for Zoho One Standard’s all-employee first-year offer and $90 per selected user/month for flexible licensing. HubSpot Customer Platform starts at $1,300/month for Professional with six seats and $4,700/month for Enterprise with eight. These cover different scopes; confirm country offers, seat rights, extras and renewal terms before comparing totals.

Should you migrate from Zoho to HubSpot?

Consider a Zoho to HubSpot migration when a pilot proves the target workflow justifies recurring and transition costs. Smart Transfer supports Zoho CRM as a one-time, one-way migration path; only Super Admins can access it, and custom field mappings require Data Hub. It does not promise automatic migration of every Zoho One app or business process. HubSpot Smart Transfer

Is HubSpot worth paying more for than Zoho One?

It can be when the capabilities you actually buy improve campaign execution, seller follow-up, service handoffs or reporting enough to justify the total cost. Measure those outcomes in a pilot, including onboarding, contacts, AI consumption and retained apps. Neither the Grid evidence nor the platform’s breadth establishes a guaranteed return on investment.

What is Zoho One, and how is it different from Zoho CRM?

Zoho is the vendor, Zoho CRM is a customer-relationship application, and Zoho One is a broader application bundle. This guide focuses on Zoho One Standard; its scope differs from the narrower Essentials edition and from buying Zoho CRM alone. Match the included app features and limits to the work you need. Zoho One application catalog

Is HubSpot better than Zoho for startups?

There is no universal startup winner. Compare the minimum viable setup first: the contacts, sellers, service agents, campaigns and operational tools you need now. Then model the next stage of growth. Zoho One’s all-employee model and HubSpot’s mix of hub, seat and usage charges can produce different costs for the same headcount.

What are the downsides of Zoho One for a buying team?

Breadth does not remove configuration work or app-specific limits. Check whether all-employee licensing fits your organization, which app features and allowances the bundle includes, and who will own fields, workflows and integrations. If you need only one or two applications, compare standalone purchases with the bundle before committing. Zoho One plan details

Why might a team switch from HubSpot to Zoho?

A team may consider switching when the required hubs, specialized seats, contact growth or usage no longer fit its budget or operating model. This guide does not establish that large numbers of customers are leaving HubSpot. Compare a scoped Zoho pilot with improving the existing HubSpot configuration, and include migration, training and retained software in the decision.

How should you compare Zoho CRM vs HubSpot without buying the whole platform?

Start with the customer records and selling tasks the team needs. Compare standalone Zoho CRM with the relevant HubSpot Smart CRM or Sales Hub edition, rather than treating either vendor’s entire portfolio as the CRM product. Premium HubSpot purchases can include Smart CRM features, so check included rights before adding another subscription. HubSpot product catalog

Are Zoho Books, Payroll and Voice included in Zoho One?

Books is in Zoho One’s app schedule. Payroll is country-specific; the application FAQ includes the USA single-state plan and named editions in eight other countries. Zoho Voice is a separate paid Extended App subscription. Confirm the relevant country, employee and app rights. Zoho application FAQ · Extended Apps

Can you keep Zoho Books while moving sales or marketing to HubSpot?

Yes, HubSpot documents a Zoho Books data-sync connection alongside other supported Zoho apps. Validate the selected objects, sync direction, field mappings and error handling, and keep one owner for accounting and reconciliation. Ongoing synchronization is a different task from a one-time migration. HubSpot’s Zoho connections

Can Zia or HubSpot Breeze automate every workflow included in the platform?

No blanket automation entitlement is assumed. Zoho’s Zia features vary by app, plan, region and allowance; HubSpot’s Breeze features and agents have their own subscription and credit rules. Test a permitted action and its exception path with your own records. Neither an AI label nor a bundle license proves unlimited use or removes the need for oversight.

Does the calculator show the full Zoho vs HubSpot cost?

It shows an approximate first-year budget using the selected Zoho licensing model or HubSpot bundle, plus the annual extras and one-time costs you enter. It includes optional additional HubSpot Core Seats, but does not infer specialized seats, marketing-contact growth, AI/payment consumption or renewal pricing. Taxes are excluded. Confirm the complete proposal with each vendor.

Scope and sources. Zoho One Standard versus HubSpot Customer Platform bundles and selected hubs, checked November 2, 2026. App listings and category evidence are kept separate from bundle entitlements. Buyer scenarios are editorial guidance.

Grid evidence. Fall 2026 Overall Global Grid reports were checked across all four quadrants for seven categories. Tables use the report’s G2 Score, category review count and normalized question ratings. Satisfaction is not substituted for overall score; normalized question percentages are not shares of reviewers agreeing. Outside-vendor choices use the highest displayed overall score, preserve ties, and account for ownership.

Reviews. The fixed submission window is October 20, 2025–October 20, 2026 inclusive, implemented as UTC October 20, 2025 through before October 21, 2026. All had Approved status and a current-user flag; 128 originally non-English submissions, seven records missing a warehouse like/dislike answer, and six further contextual current-use/nonexperiential conflicts were excluded, leaving 2,044 eligible records across 19 products. Full answers and theme evidence come from G2 MCP; Snowflake supplies approval, original-language, current-user, submission and identity checks. The two sources’ answer wording is not asserted to be byte-identical. Positive counts use like-best answers; concerns use dislike answers, with cross-field statements retained as context. Every candidate retains an AI-assisted contextual decision and supporting excerpts, including no-theme, negation, mixed sentiment, hypothetical concern and app-scope decisions. This is not human-coded research. Recorded roles come from G2 role filters and are reconciled with warehouse role fields. Each review counts once per theme and polarity; themes may overlap. Samples under 20 use counts rather than prevalence bars. CRM and Sales reuse the same relevant product samples.

Pricing and examples. First-party pricing, entitlement, credit and migration documentation was checked November 2, 2026. Published USD annual-billing references are used for approximate first-year estimates: Zoho One Standard $37 per employee/month for its displayed first-year all-employee offer or $90 per selected user/month, and HubSpot Customer Platform starting at $1,300/month Professional or $4,700/month Enterprise. Country offers, renewal terms, seat rights, contacts, usage, onboarding and taxes can change the total. The calculator adds optional Core Seats, annual extras and one-time rollout costs; it does not establish equivalent scope or predict ROI.

Products, jobs and review populations differ. Do not average category scores into a brand-wide winner or use current stars as quarterly Grid evidence.

Integration selection. The five external-stack examples were selected from named connections in the established annual review evidence and first-party documentation checked November 3, 2026. They are not a ranked popularity list. Each documented connection applies to its named app and requires its own permissions, licensing and setup checks.

Extended review samples. Five products with sparse annual evidence use separate qualitative summaries of the latest up to 50 matched eligible submissions from January 1, 2023 through October 20, 2026 inclusive. The same approval, original-English, verified-current-user and complete-answer criteria apply; records reconcile by review UUID. Each card gives its actual sample size and date range. Extended samples may overlap the fixed annual cohort and are never combined with it. Themes use AI-assisted contextual classification, including no-theme and app-attribution decisions. No extended-sample percentages are shown. Older feedback does not establish that a historical limitation persists today.

Zoho first, HubSpot second. Scores are out of 100 and combine satisfaction with market presence. Each pair uses the same Fall 2026 Overall Global Grid; none is a platform-wide score.

All figures below come from the released report tables. Product-category review counts differ from current lifetime product totals.

G2 Scores combine satisfaction and market presence. Normalized question ratings are not shares of reviewers agreeing; category counts are distinct from lifetime product totals.
