But what makes Canva unique is how seamlessly those clips flow into the rest of its toolkit. If you’re already comfortable with Canva’s editor, brand kits, templates, and animations, adding AI-generated video feels like just another creative step rather than a new skill to learn. 

This really sets Canva apart, in my experience. It rolls so many creative functions into one place. Switching tone in one click and seeing the scripts change in real time was super-cool. It’s designed to help teams create professional, multi-purpose videos at scale, from corporate training and sales enablement to product placements, creative B-roll, and even two-speaker AI podcasts.

When I stepped into the platform, it didn’t feel like yet another dashboard. I could start from one of their many templates or build from scratch. The collaborative features were particularly impressive. I can collaborate with my team directly inside the platform, commenting, tagging, and making edits simultaneously. It feels less like a single-user editor and more like a shared workspace for video creation, which is something most other platforms don’t pull off this smoothly.
