“Nerdio adds an extra interface layer to an already complicated process that can be annoying to work with at times. There are some things that Nerdio cannot do that require you to still go through Azure to accomplish, which keeps it from being a one-stop AVD shop. The aforementioned script library can be both a boon and a detriment. When the scripts fail, they fail in a spectacular fashion, and it can be difficult to discern exactly why. We mostly use them to install our RMM tool and then run other scripts through our RMM for more reliability. It can also be difficult at times to make sense of their limited KB database when learning how to manage the tool.”
