Let’s start with the good stuff. The interface is generally super clean and easy to navigate. I was able to pick up the basics pretty quickly. The audit workflow tracking is a lifesaver. I can assign tasks, follow up on deadlines, and keep everyone in sync without chasing emails all day. The platform does a great job of centralizing collaboration and documentation, which is huge when you’re juggling multiple audits with different stakeholders.

And I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how adaptable it is to our organization’s needs.
