The goal of every business team is to make a product easier to sell.
This is why 91% of the top-performing sales organizations collaborate across all departments to close big deals.
When software engineers spend countless hours tinkering with a product, they do so to make the product more valuable. When marketing teams develop the perfect advertising campaign, they do so to make a product more visible and appealing. But none of these efforts matter if the end product isn’t selling.
Even with all of these teams’ efforts, the responsibility to sell the product falls on the sales team. Because of this responsibility, sales is one of the most stressful and challenging jobs in any industry, with 68% of all salespeople describing their lifestyle as challenging, and only 19% of sales reps working 31–40 hours per week.
But closing the deal shouldn’t be this demanding, and the reality is that it doesn't have to be. From email tracking to lead intelligence, there is a vast array of tools for sales representatives to take advantage of in order to ease the burden on identifying and retaining customers.
To help you narrow down the best tools for sales reps, we have covered solutions ranked by user satisfaction score as of March 20th, 2019. The ratings are taken across the categories most applicable to sales representatives based on the 2019 Salestech Landscape:
These products alone have well over 20,000 validated user reviews on G2 as of March 20th, 2019, and represent a subset of the many sales tools listed on G2.

“I love the features and ease of use with this application. You share an identification number with your attendees whether they have an account or not. You can schedule meetings, which is a very useful feature. Being able to keep all of my video conferences scheduled and organized is great. It's very easy to forget about meetings that are set for the future, so with Zoom I am able to have set reminders with the links included in the email or calendar notification.”
– Zoom review by Kirsten P
What users dislike:
“Sometimes it presents connectivity issues which can be a shame; you will need to have a strong and stable internet connection to take full advantage of this tool, and you will need to take some time to get to know every feature and function. Once you master it, it will be one of the best tools to use for communication.”

“I love that I have all my templates and reminders handy to me when going to email my clients. I'm in customer success and have a lot of people to keep happy on a daily basis and this really helps. It is also a great way to make sure that the emails that I am sending are engaging and getting clients to come back and use them for future reference.”
– Groove review by Jacob L.
What users dislike:
“Some of the deeper features and functionality around analytics and collaboration would be good. Understanding that each company would have different requests as they're structured differently, it's not a pain for our team, but requests for ease of use.”

Skype has been at the forefront of videoconferencing for over fifteen years. Some of its most beneficial features include screen sharing and live subtitles for audio. This enables sales reps to have the necessary tools to communicate their offering to clients as well as to other teams.
Category: Video Conferencing Software
Features:
What users like:
“In business communication, Skype has improved a lot because a few years ago its competitors were better, but now it offers better features and is more stable. I like chat, with the ability to share files because it is what I mainly use. I also like video calls and online meetings that we use weekly to meet with my team and present reports and solutions to any problems detected.”
– Skype review by Carmen R.
What users dislike:
"Despite the quality of its video calls, Skype usually consumes a lot of bandwidth, especially when video conferences are made with several participants, and in some cases there may be a delay in sending messages. Another thing that I do not like is that sometimes I can not find old messages"

SalesLoft is a sales engagement and email tracking tool. With real-time email tracking, an integrated sales predictive dialer, and social communications, sales leaders can be confident that their reps are executing on the most effective selling process for their organization.
G2 Satisfaction Rating: 96
Category: Email Tracking Software
Features:
What users like:
“SalesLoft helps me stay organized. I put all of my prospects in a cadence that I have organized by the Sales reps I support. Then when a rep asks me what I am working on for them, I can go to those cadences and have a clear picture of what has been done and what needs to be completed. I like that we can record our calls. This helps us with coaching our associates. Not everyone is fully vested but we are currently working on that. I like that I can see who is seeing my emails and how many times they have opened it. I like that we can create personalized templates. The cadences keeps our team on track so we can stay ahead of the game. Since I have started using SalesLoft, my number of appointments has increased and I feel like I am more efficient because of it.”
– SalesLoft review by Holly B.
What users dislike:
“Lack of filters for the peoples tab. On HubSpot we could filter by people who had seen a demo, when they were last contacted, customers, etc. but you can really just search by email domain and tag on SalesLoft. It is also frustrating that you cannot reply back to an email directly on SalesLoft and sometimes it will not log my email replies on the analytics tab.”
– SalesLoft review by Shannon P.
GoToMeeting provides sales reps with a fast, easy, and reliable online meeting solution that enables them to meet face to face, share presentations, and chat with colleagues. Users value the simplistic user interface as well as the picture quality of the video streaming.
G2 Satisfaction Rating: 96
Category: Video Conferencing Software

“We use GoToMeeting for a number of different reasons. We rely on screen shares to improve our customers’ ability to digest information our sales reps are trying to deliver. We provide demos, deep dives, and customer audio calls so that we can gain more new business and have account reviews with our installed base of customers as well.”
– GoToMeeting review by Brett F.
What users dislike:
“I wish there were more tools — like storing files in the meeting, whiteboards, surveys, and such. It's also a bit of a nuisance that you can't resize the meeting panel. The price can be a bit steep for single users that need to host.”
– GoToMeeting review by Aleena T.
Category: Video Conferencing Software

“When our team is attempting to solve a problem and needs input from other members, Skype for Business is the method we use to communicate. When a new member joins our team, trainings are easily delivered via video chat along with the screen-sharing capabilities.”
– Skype for Business review by Forest H.
What users dislike:
“I don't like the fact that you cannot use Skype for Business unless you purchase Office 365 for business or a Pro subscription. I also don't like that you need a company email in order to use Skype for Business since some people may be self-employed and they use their personal email such as Gmail or Free Outlook as their one and only email address. Lastly, I don't like the lack of customization that Skype for Business has in comparison to regular consumer Skype. They both have something they are good at and something they both lack.”

G2 Satisfaction Rating: 96
Category: Sales Intelligence Software
Features:
What users like:
“My organization deals with large OEMs. We needed a tool to get to specific contacts and departments. ZoomInfo has been an outstanding addition and replaced a more expensive, less productive tool. We've had multiple sales reps cite ZoomInfo as the reason they were able to penetrate an account.”
– ZoomInfo review by Zack L.
What users dislike:
“I wish the user interface was more modern and simple. The website looks old. It is very easy to use but looks outdated. I also do not like the contact view limit of 2,000. I also don't like that I cannot see how many contacts I have viewed. There is really no way for me to know when I am getting close to the limit.”

BlueJeans offers some of the best audio quality for video conferencing. With its Dolby voice changes, sales reps can rely on clearer and more natural-sounding conversations for both in-room and remote sales meetings.
Category: Video Conferencing Software
Features:
What users like:
“It is increasing collaboration internally and with our customers all over the world. We also use it for remote implementations and support for our customers. It is also a fantastic sales tools used for running demos and proofs of concept. It inevitably cuts down time to value for all of our potential and current customers.”
– BlueJeans review by Oseloka O.
What users dislike:
“I don't like the screen sharing option. Sometimes it gives me issues. That could be my machine, though. I don't like how hard it is to get to recorded meetings. After the meeting is over and completed, the recording should be emailed to everyone on the call. Most of the time, I have to email the recorder and ask them to send me the recording and that can be annoying.”

“Sometimes, activating audio is difficult for people without experience with Webex. Usually, the first time a person joins a Webex session, he/she has problems activating the meeting audio. Maybe audio activation is not too intuitive.”

DealHub is a sales engagement and CPQ platform. The platform allows users to share relevant content, quickly produce error-free quotes, track buyer engagement, and automate sales workflows and approvals. DealHub also fully integrates with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
G2 Satisfaction Rating: 95
Category: CPQ Software
Features:
What users like:
“DealHub has improved the collaboration between our sales and marketing teams as it’s easier for sales reps to find the right content and use it. Tracking when customers are engaging with the content and analyzing which content has a better effect on driving deals forward has been an added bonus.”
– DealHub review by Eyal C.
What users dislike:
“The product is very flexible and allows for multiple configurations; however, the one shortcoming I would like to see improved is the ability to leverage the same price book name for different versions. DealHub is integrated with Salesforce and our instance of Salesforce is integrated with Intacct (our financial system). Each time that we push a new version, we need to create a new price book in Intacct. It would be nice to have just one price book so we don't have to do manual updates in our financial system.”

InsureSign is an electronic signature software that allows customers to sign documents from their laptops, tablets and mobile devices — and even via text message. The software allows sales reps to close deals with clients on an efficient and secure platform.
G2 Satisfaction Rating: 95
Category: E-Signature Software
Features:
What users like:
“Amazing InsureSign is quick and easy! I upload the app, place the signature box and send to my client. I usually get the document back immediately. I then send it to my underwriter or upload it to the company. The whole sales process may take only 30 minutes. Then I move to the next client!”
– InsureSign review by Greg C.
What users dislike:
“I did prefer the previous update where we could pull the signed docs from the email it sent us. Also, if a document gets signed and we sent it a while back, I'd like it to show in the top of my queue on my documents so I don't have to scroll down and search for it.”
– InsureSign review by Matthew K.
DiscoverOrg provides accurate, integrated, and actionable sales and marketing intelligence, including in-depth company, contact, org chart, and buying trigger data. This provides a major advantage for sales reps as they are able to gather more customer data and close deals at a higher rate.
G2 Satisfaction Rating: 95

Features:
What users like:
“I would recommend DiscoverOrg as a tool for any company that is prospecting for B2B sales. The info, org charts, employee contacts and other insight is a huge advantage to sales reps.”
– DiscoverOrg review by Bryan L.
What users dislike:
“We have run into NUMEROUS instances where DiscoverOrg lists a prospect as located in California (for example), but they are located elsewhere in the U.S. or even in Europe. We've had several issues with this and it's caused us to step on other offices' toes because we're reaching out to their territory unknowingly.”
– DiscoverOrg review by Erik M.
Salesforce CPQ is quote management software that automates quoting, contracting, and ordering processes. The tool helps sales reps by creating accurate and elaborative quotes within a short period of time. The product is also easy to integrate with other sales tool since it’s fully native on Salesforce1.
G2 Satisfaction Rating: 95
Category: CPQ Software
Features:
What users like:
“We needed to reduce the amount of time our sales reps spend creating quotes for our customers. We've been able to increase their productivity and ensure the quotes and contracts generated are consistent and branded properly.”
– Salesforce CPQ review by Scott P.
What users dislike:
“Pages are slow to load like any other SFDC native application. Order form generation can get a bit tricky with multi-year agreements with annual increases in subscription, ramped subscribers, exceptions to standard contract terms, etc. Once approved, the steps required to export the document to PDF outside of SFDC is not entirely straightforward.”

– eversign review by Connor D.
What users dislike:
“eversign is my first experience with document signing and maybe that is somewhat to blame, but I found there to be a bit of a learning curve and either don't know how to use the preview function before sending the doc, or it's lacking because I sent out my first doc without a couple of fields that needed filling in that I wouldn't have missed if I could preview.”

I can see a direct correlation between those numbers and our sales goals, and can use that information to better guide our sales reps.”
– Highspot review by Dennis L.
What users dislike:
“I found the analytics portion of the platform somewhat bare-bones. Ideally, it would be more easily searchable and digestible. It is far superior to our previous tracking capabilities, but I still feel it could be more user-friendly.”

LiveZilla is live chat software that offers full customer support. LiveZilla includes live chat software with multi-website support and visitor monitoring. It has a help desk system that allows you to integrate emails from customers and messages from Twitter and Facebook into your ticket system. Sales reps love how intuitive the software is, and the product is listed as one of the easiest-to-use live chat software on G2.
G2 Satisfaction Rating: 94
Category: Live Chat Software
Features:
What users like:
“I don't really remember how to survive without LiveZilla anymore. Because this is helping me every day to better manage the company's pre-sales and after-sales services. This gives the customer a faster organization and efficiency than their requirements. We've also designed predetermined answers to speed up the process of serving customers who ask recurring questions. The truth is a relief to us!”– ----LiveZilla review by Oliver P
What users dislike:
“This is relative according to your business but I think that some small businesses could have difficulties facing the monthly payments since in my opinion they are a bit high. The interface is not ugly or bad design but there is something that does not end up convincing me personally, like the organization of the menus and options. I mean that some categories have too many options and others very few.”
– Livezilla review by Billy S.
LiveChat is customer service software that offers chat tools, reports, analytics, and visitor tracking. The software also has a built in ticketing system which allows users to handle requests from customers. LiveChat also allows users to integrate the software with third-party platforms.
G2 Satisfaction Rating: 94
Category: LiveChat Software
Features:
What users like:
“LiveChat allows our team to provide support and sales to our customers in real time by removing the clunky UI problems that a lot of chat providers just don't get right. Their UI requires almost zero training for each employee and gives us amazing insight to each customer and their problems. The ability to prevent messages before a customer sends them helps us fight fraud and respond faster. The uptime is highly dependable and something our team relies on.”
– LiveChat review by Jonathan Y.
What users dislike:
“The limitation on the number of chats you can host at one given time. There are times when things are slow and it would be beneficial to have the ability to start a new chat and utilize my time wisely. I dislike the time period for blocking people; there are times when someone should be blocked indefinitely and there should also be a security measure to recognize when a blocked person creates a fake email address.”

Outreach is truly a dynamic tool as it falls in the top 5 of both our email tracking and sales engagement categories on G2.
G2 Satisfaction Rating: 93
Category: Sales Engagement Software
Features:
What users like:
“I can send cold emails to multiple audiences from different sales channels and using customized approaches. It saves my time. It makes for super easy collaboration between sales reps as well. It is very easy to conduct the full sales process from one place without changing users. Especially temporarily taking over the conversation from a teammate is seamless.”
– Outreach review by Jeheen Mahmood Z.
What users dislike:
“The platform’s UI/UX could be a little more user-friendly, sometimes it's overly complicated. Makes it a little more difficult to get the most value possible. The dashboards available in the platform are decent but difficult to find, and again the UI/UX could be better.”
– Outreach review by Michael C.
LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a product that Linkedin created specifically for salespeople. With LinkedIn Sales Navigator, you can focus on the right people and companies, stay up to date on what’s happening with your accounts, and connect to new prospects even if you don't have their contact information. Depending on the size of your team, Linkedin offers a few options for sales representatives.
G2 Satisfaction Rating: 93
Category: Sales Intelligence Software
Features:
What users like:
“I have worked with Linkedin Sales Navigator for over three years, and honestly I don't know how I did my sales job without it. It is so easy to search accounts for contacts. You can search by title, seniority, years at company, location, etc. I love seeing when people change companies or get promoted. You can also follow trigger events. It's a great tool for sales reps in all industries. They also have an incredible team. We have worked with the same account manager for over two years and she has been great!”
– LinkedIn Sales Navigator review by a user
What users dislike:
“The messaging function is irritating as it is separate to your standard Linkedin messages so if you've been conversing with someone on the mobile app for example, the previous messages will not show and you have to constantly switch back and forth between the two. Alongside this, any CRM integration would be incredible. Linkedin aims to remove this ability so any third-party vendors cannot allow transferring of identified leads into a CRM for quick integration which would make this product invaluable.”
– LinkedIn Sales Navigator review by Ross D.

– Proposify review by Alex B.
What users dislike:
“The UI can be a bit glitchy sometimes. It can be difficult to get PDF downloads to align with the appearance on-screen, so sometimes you need to test that proposals look the same if they are downloaded as they do when editing. Sometimes, moving tables around and interacting with objects can be a bit cumbersome.”
– Proposify review by Joel M.
Seismic is a sales enablement tool that equips large sales teams with the right content for every interaction, dramatically improving selling time spent and win rates. Category: Sales Enablement Software

Our pitchbooks and case studies are automated through LiveDocs® technology and the Sales team is able to see what SOWs and pitch pages are resonating with leads.”
– Seismic review by Celeste W.
What users dislike:
“An issue is that you will have to train your sellers to use it. While it is very easy and anyone who uses email or Facebook should be able to figure it out, some sellers are not tech-savvy. I would like to see seismic have more tools to help us improve seller adoption. Our adoption is above industry average for a company of our size but still there are technology lagers even in the sales organizations of a software company.”

G2 Satisfaction Rating: 92
Category: Live Chat Software
Features:
What users like:
“The possibility to have multi-guests and teams management in addition to being capable of recording international incoming calls for sales or support queries. Freshdesk has been an asset for managing tickets with teams not being in the same office or in the same time zone. You can efficiently track all the different activities and pass on the information from a user to another one or to a group of users.”
– Freshdesk review by Rachid E.
What users dislike:
“Freshdesk still needs to support more social media platforms such as LinkedIn and others as they have become an important means to generate potential customers for the business. Although Freshdesk is primarily a ticketing solution, I would love to see them incorporate other features. As a social network management solution, like tracking what is said about the business and responding to all channels from Freshdesk. This will help avoid the need to buy two solutions for any customer-centric organization.”
– Freshdesk review by Alfred C.

“One issue we were trying to overcome was Sales Reps dropping leads or not answering phones. With call recording and prompts, we have easily identified bottlenecks and really increased the stream.”
– CallRail review by Aaron P.
What users dislike:
“Would like to have the ability to have more than one pool of numbers per Google UA account, or the ability to have subaccounts — I run into situations where a client needs a call tracking setup on a landing page and a website, and those have to be two separate subaccounts.”
– CallRail review by Erin P.

Some of the major benefits that users are seeing include decreased time to first response, decreased handle time, increased competitive win rates and decreased sales cycles. Guru is rated number one in customer satisfaction for knowledge management on G2, with over 450 reviews to back it up.
G2 Satisfaction Rating: 92
Category: Sales Enablement Software
Features:
What users like:
“The biggest business problem that we are solving with Guru is the availability of knowledge in an accurate and timely manner. Guru has reduced the email clutter, and our sales team no longer feels there is a bottleneck for finding answers or getting access to experts. This has resulted in shorter sales cycles (which converts to revenue). Our sales engineering team lives on Slack, and the Guru Slack app makes it very easy to share and create knowledge. The Guru Slack bot enables us to use Slack as our official communication channel and Guru as our knowledge base.”
– Guru review by Thameem Ulla K.
What users dislike:
“When you have a robust pool of Guru cards, there can be overlap in content and it does require some manual time to remove any outdated content.”

With over 88 user reviews, RFPIO is currently ranked as the No. 1 RFP software in customer satisfaction on G2.
G2 Satisfaction Rating: 92
Category: Proposal Software
Features:
What users like:
“Before RFPIO, we were copy/pasting content from old RFP documents and individual boilerplate Word documents. This was extremely inefficient and resulted in copy/paste errors. With RFPIO, all the content is in one place that the entire team can access (proposal writers and sales reps), which not only saves time and reduces errors, but increases collaboration within the team. RFPIO is a huge time-saver, and makes it easy to access and update our content as needed.”
– RFPIO review by Catherine L.
What users dislike:
“Our only challenge is getting our export templates to work exactly the way we want. Some of it is user error and we are getting better. But we struggle with the number of answer types that map to our templates.”

It gives seamless integration. Most of the users in my team doesn't even know that they are using Clearbit; it's very tightly coupled with Salesforce. It improved the data quality for our company which actually drives our business.”
– Clearbit Enrichment review by Sankaran N.
What users dislike:
“I dislike that it sometimes has more errors than expected. The data expressed also does come out in your Google sheets somewhat messy.”
– Clearbit Enrichment review by Jordi T.

– GMass review by Mariani F.
What users dislike:
“Reports are purely by numbers at this time, but CSV reports are available for download. If you want visuals, you'll need something to produce these metrics. Excel has always been the go-to, and works great.”

Features:
What users like:
“Reply has been very easy to use and helps our company meet our mass emailing goals that other applications couldn't. I like how intuitive it is in categorizing email responses for me and reporting the stats for my weekly sales reports. Reply customer service is amazing! Any questions I had when first setting up our account were answered immediately. They did whatever it took (Skype, screen share, etc.) to walk me through getting our email accounts set up and synced.”
– Reply review by Erin R.
What users dislike:
“The only complaint I have is that when you're creating templates, there is often a lag time when you're crafting your message. I believe this is due to their built-in tool that grades your likelihood of receiving a response to your email. I will update this review if anything comes up as we've only been using it for a few months.”

“The bot has so much functionality, between the different playbooks that we can have going at different times of the day or on different pages, the customization between types of companies (the fact that we're using this as a B2B company when it seems more fit for a B2C), the easy scheduling of calls with our sales rep (once we input the calendar feature, we immediately got three meetings scheduled), and how sleek it looks.”
– Drift review by Lauren N.
What users dislike:
“The system, especially the mobile app, can be really glitchy and is definitely not user-friendly. The web app is fine, but when we need to be responding to Drift messages after work hours, the mobile app can be really frustrating and doesn't update in real time.”
– Drift review by Anna F.
SignRequest is a cloud-based e-signature tool. Salespeople love the fact that SignRequest is more affordable compared to other e-signature tools, is entirely based in the cloud, and has a great mobile application. On top of that, G2 ranked SignRequest as one of the top 50 products for sales based on more than 650 customer reviews.

What users like:
“When I started my company, I experienced bottlenecks in my sales process. The hardest part was not the negotiations or pitching, it was getting people to finally sign. With a traditional PDF/print/sign/scan/email it was taking way too long to get people to commit. Sometimes the wait period for the customer to sign was so long that I would lose the deal. SignRequest made conversions much faster. Because it's a cloud product and everything is digital, it helped me continue being virtual and mobile so I can still get work done from anywhere. I never needed a printer/scanner for signing documents again!”
– SignRequest review by Tanner C.
What users dislike:
“The lack of features available to free users. It is quite expensive to pay for as a small business. A smaller, lower-cost package would be good for those who sign maybe 20 PDFs a year. I don’t think there are any other issues with the product that I have seen so far. I would certainly like to buy in, but as previously stated it is rather expensive for a small sole trader business.”

Cirrus Insight is a sales engagement tool that is used to track email and attachment opens, create personalized email templates, send email drip campaigns, set follow-up reminders, and schedule meetings with customers. Salespeople also love how easily the software integrates with Salesforce, Gmail, and other communication platforms.
G2 Satisfaction Rating: 90
Category: Email Tracking Software
Features:
What users like:
“Sales can easily log emails, calls, and set follow-up tasks without having to go into SF. This in turn allows the rest of the company to be able to take care of a customer better when their sales rep is out since I can easily see their activity log.”
– Cirrus Insight review by Heather F.
What users dislike:
“Sometimes the contact that gets pulled up when I open an email does not match the sender even though the email address they're sending from matches their email in Salesforce. I also had to turn the 'auto add' feature off because it was just adding absolutely everything — I wish there was a way to filter that a little more (maybe there is and I just don't know about it).”
– Cirrus Insight review by Samantha C.
join.me is a video conferencing tool built for small businesses. join.me provides users with all the tools necessary for sales reps to conduct presentations, hold sales calls, and initiate meetings. A great bonus of join.me is its free offering, which allows users to see if the software is the right sales tool for them.
Category: Video Conferencing Software
Features:
What users like:
“I like that you can use the free version and get started super easily and effortlessly begin to share your screen with others. It makes sales presentations more effective and allows me to control what my customer is seeing 100% and keep the presentation under my control and timing.”
– join.me review by Austin O.
What users dislike:
“My only issue with the join.me software is the screen sharing feature. At times the jumpiness, lag and overall connection issues can cause this feature to seem like more of a pain than it’s worth. The software tries its best to force the connection to keep going when really it should wait for the connection to stabilize.”

LevelEleven is a sales gamification tool that was built to motivate, engage, and coach salespeople. As gamification software, LevelEleven provides salespeople with continuous growth exercises and tracks their progress over time. Based on user reviews, users particularly rate LevelEleven's Quality of Support and Ease of Doing Business With as huge pluses.
G2 Satisfaction Rating: 90
Category: Sales Gamification Software
Features:
What users like:
“Great and easy-to-use tool to help track reps’ progress weekly and monthly while helping them understand how they can get better in their own business. Using LevelEleven during one-on-ones makes it incredibly easy to walk reps through their conversion percentage and what they can do to move the needle week over week. Setting up contests is incredibly easy and the GIFs and personalization aspects allow reps to really get involved in the activities. The customer support is great as well — very fast to reply if there is any type of question or issue.”
– LevelEleven review by Jessica N.
What users dislike:
“The data is canned. I'd like the ability to access other reps’ data to identify best practices. The Salesforce integration is only for certain pages and takes up a ton of room which doesn't allow for other applications. The coaching and quizzes would glitch and delete many of my responses when our quarterly review reports came out.”
– LevelEleven review by Napoleon H.
Cisco Jabber is a video conferencing software that delivers instant messaging, voice and video calls, voice messaging, desktop sharing, and conferencing to bring salespeople a dynamic collaboration tool.
G2 Satisfaction Rating: 90
Category: Video Conferencing Software
Features:
What users like:
“Best way to communicate IM and call with coworkers via Jabber. Easy way to share the screen on both Windows and Mac machines and also integrated with Webex. Easy to edit our profile and also users’ profiles.
"Easy to turn on or turn off single number and reach destinations from phone control menu. Schedule meetings from Cisco Jabber. Easy to share documents and easy to share executable files by changing the executable file name. Easy to take screenshots on Jabber without using a snipping tool. Great application to use in medium- and high-range organisations.”
– Cisco Jabber review by Sreenath T.
What users dislike:
“One drawback that isn't particularly obvious when you use the software, is that offline messages are simply undeliverable, without any indication. One might assume that a message will be available once a user comes online, but in reality they need to be online in the first place to receive any messages. Adding users to Jabber is also not particularly intuitive ... there is no central 'directory,' so for our organization, we rely on an XML file which must be manually updated in order to 'import' users after a Jabber install is completed. Ideally, Jabber would pull from a directory once installed, eliminating the need to use the XML file.”
– Cisco Jabber review by Jamie J.

G2 Satisfaction Rating: 91
Category: E-Signature Software
What users like:
“The ability to implement all types of digital signatures, carried out in a simple and fast way, which gives our customers greater satisfaction when they receive one of our documents. A digital signature can raise the quality of any document, and give it a touch of personality and quality. This application complies with what it promises, is designed for a simple task, creates digital signatures and does it in the best way.”
– OneSpan Sign review by William M.D.
What users dislike:
“While there is not much to dislike, our teams would like to be able to load a form-fillable PDF for signature. Currently, the fields are lost with the upload and it requires us to go back and add the form fields through the web interface.”
– OneSpan Sign review by Joe P.

– Mixmax review by Avi L.
What users dislike:
“There are times the contact list in Mixmax does not maintain the edits in Gmail. It is the main frustration. And then when opening Gmail, sometimes I have to reload the page when first opening it to have Mixmax be engaged.”
– Mixmax review by Amy D.

G2 Satisfaction Rating: 89
Category: Sales Intelligence Software
Features:
What users like:
“Not only did I find so many leads, but when I needed a bit more time to decide if this would be the best lead generator for our team, the very helpful customer service reps actually reached out to me to see if I needed more time. They really seem to care about making sure I had the best tool to use on my sales efforts.”
– UpLead review by Erin S.
What users dislike:
"Sometimes the system experiences a bug/glitch. But that's maybe once a week in a while. I like the interface. It's dependable. The quality of sales data is above average compared to Sales Info or Sales Genie. Data quality is inferior to Salesforce. Although Salesforce is way more expensive, UpLead is a LOT better in terms of the value for dollar ratio.”
– UpLead review by Brett C.

– Winmo review by Matthew S.
What users dislike:
“There is a learning curve - there are some idiosyncrasies (as with any tool) around how Data Studio works with data sources, how it expects the data types, how formulas are used for calculated fields, etc., and this takes some getting used to to fully understand.”
– Google Data Studio review by Nate G.
VisitorTrack is a visitor identification tool that aids sales reps in identifying who’s visiting their website. VisitorTrack then uses intent data which is fully integrated to pinpoint the companies already in-market for your products — before they have visited the website. VisitorTrack is rated as the best Visitor identification software on G2 based on 75 reviews.
G2 Satisfaction Rating: 88
Category: Visitor Identification Software
What users like:
“VisitorTrack has proven to be an essential tool for our sales team since we began using the product nearly eight years ago. Given that our sales process can last anywhere from 3–24 months, having the visibility to what our prospects are researching on our website allows our sales team to be more engaging with our prospects, to know answers to our prospects' questions before the questions are asked, and to be smarter, better prepared, and more informed than our competition.”
– VisitorTrack review by Alex S.
What users dislike:
“Although it provides a quantity of information that other applications do not make, some of this information is not correct, the geographical location, by geolocation, that performs a sweep by means of the IP, can fail, and does not deliver correct information. What is needed, due to this, are manual checks that must be made of the exact information that is needed, so as not to fall into traps, thinking that all the information presented by this tool is correct.”
– VisitorTrack review by Carter R. V

– Hubspot Sales review by Fabrice M.
What users dislike:
“The only thing I dislike about HubSpot Sales is the inability to select multiple recipients when sending out an email (created by a template). It would reduce the time needed to send out emails tremendously.”
