Beena Brucil

Beena is the Senior Manager of Product Catalog at G2. She holds a Master’s degree in English Literature and an MBA with a focus on operations from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. Before joining G2, Beena spent more than 18 years at Gartner (formerly CEB), where she grew from a Graphic and Digital Publishing Associate into various management roles, building and leading cross-functional web design and software catalog teams along the way.
Beena’s experience spans strategic project management, team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and web operations. Her career began in the non-profit sector as an IT Faculty member for the UNHCR in Delhi, where she combined her technical skills in web design with a commitment to mentoring and supporting refugee youth.
Outside of work, Beena is passionate about animal welfare and volunteers at a local shelter in her free time. She currently cares for a stray dog and two stray cats.
