G2's Spring 2019 Machine Learning as a Service Report is aimed to help buyers better understand the proprietary artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning services offered by some of the largest vendors in the space. These vendors include Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google, IBM, and Microsoft.

As machine learning becomes a key component of digital transformation and business strategy, buyers need to grasp which vendors are emerging as leaders in the space. Because these vendors are the same major players in the cloud computing market, the decision to go with a certain MLaaS tool may be limited to the infrastructure provider your business is already using.

However, moving forward, G2 believes that businesses migrating to the cloud or entrepreneurs that are starting a company from scratch may want to base the cloud computing provider they use on more than just their infrastructure capabilities. Due to the immense impact MLaaS can have on a business, those tasked with vetting cloud computing providers may want to base their decision on who has the best AI and machine learning services.

That’s where G2's Spring 2019 Machine Learning as a Service Report can benefit potential buyers. By having a clear picture of where these four vendors excel or fall short in the AI space will allow potential buyers making more informed decisions when selecting a cloud computing provider.
